Luo Dexiu propose une formation d'instructeur de Xingyiquan à Paris qui se déroulera durant 3 week-ends prolongés.

La première session est prévue du 1er au 3 novembre 2019.


Ouvert à un petit nombre de participants, la formation combinera théorie et pratique, couvrira les aspects santé et lutte du Xingyiquan.

La première session contient les objectif suivants :

• Introduction au Xingyiquan et plus particulièrement au Hebei Xingyiquan ;

• Exercices d’échauffement spécifiques à Xingyi, exercices de santé et qigong ;

• Développement de la puissance et de l’habilité technique ;

• Les postures


Durant cette session Lui Dexiu se concentrera sur la technique des cinq éléments et inclura les formes individuelles et avec partenaire, le Fajing et son utilisation en combat (Sanda).

Les sessions suivantes couvriront la technique des 12 animaux de Xingyiquan et leur utilisation.

La participation à la session des cinq éléments est nécessaire pour participer à la session des 12 animaux.

Qu'est-ce que la formation d'instructeur?

Si vous suivez ce cours, vous ne serez pas automatiquement instructeur. Vous devrez pratiquer et expérimenter les acquis entre les sessions pour atteindre le niveau de compréhension requis pour ce statut. Toutefois, l'instruction en vaut la peine, que vous souhaitiez enseigner ou non.

Luo Dexiu will teach an instructor training in Paris over three long weekends, starting Nov 1st-3rd 2019

The course will combine theory and practice, cover health and fighting aspects of Xingyiquan and be open to a small number of participants.

The first session will cover:

Introduction to Xingyiquan, and specifically Hebei Xingyiquan
Xingyi specific warm up exercises, health exercises and qigong
Power training and skill training
standing methods

It will focus on the five elements training and include, solo and partner forms, fajing training and use in sanda/combat

Further sessions will cover the 12 animals of Xingyiquan and their use.

Attendance of the five elements course is necessary to participate in the 12 animals.

What does instructor training mean?

If you come on this course it will not automatically make you an instructor. You will need to practise and experiment with the material given between sessions to reach the required level of understanding to be considered an instructor. However the instruction will be worthwhile whether you have a desire to teach or not.
